1. What are the delivery terms?
Our hair extensions are made to order — meaning they are custom products. Current delivery time is approximately 3 weeks.
2. Are the extensions real human hair?
Yes! They are 100% virgin Slavic human hair – thick from root to end, reusable, and truly invisible. While some images are styled curly, the hair’s natural texture is nearly straight with a gentle wave. Only luxury quality.
3. Do I need to be a hairstylist to apply them?
No! Anyone can learn the technique — no previous experience needed. We'll teach you everything step by step.
4. Does Python Hair extensions damage natural hair?
No. Our method is designed to be gentle and safe – no chemicals, no tension. Your natural hair is free to grow and breathe but we cannot emphasize enough of the importance of learning the correct technique with our online course, if customer feels any tension or pulling, the extension is not applied correctly.
5. Is there an online course available?
Yes! You can learn the technique step-by-step via our online course. No prior experience needed – we’ll teach you everything.
6. What lengths and colors are available?
We offer extensions from 45 cm up to 65 cm in length, and a wide range of different tones. If you’re unsure, contact us and we’ll help you choose the perfect match. If you wish to have lengths outside the 45–65 cm range, please email us. It is possible to get extensions from 30 cm up to 75 cm.
7. Can I wash and style the extensions as I would my natural hair?
Yes! You can wash and style your extensions just like your own hair, but keep in mind that the products you use will affect the condition of your hair extensions, just as they do your natural hair. We recommend using only high-quality haircare products, as they help keep the hair healthy and extend the lifespan of your extensions. We also recommend using the official Python Hair brush for gentle detangling and to help maintain the long-lasting quality of your extensions.
8. Can I use other microrings?
No – Python extensions are designed to be used only with silicone-lined nano micro beads to ensure durability and protect your natural hair.
9. Can the extensions be colored?
Yes – They can be toned or dyed, but only by a professional who knows how to tone hair extensions safely. Python Hair does not take responsibility for any damage caused if you choose to do so. That’s why we offer a wide range of shades, so you can achieve your perfect color without the need for chemical processing.
10. Who is responsible for how the extensions perform?
The end result depends entirely on the stylist’s work. While we provide high-quality products and detailed guidance, Python Hair cannot take responsibility for the outcome of the service. Like all extensions, ours can cause damage if not attached exactly as instructed. We recommend practicing several times before working on a client and watching our online training video multiple times to ensure accuracy. When fitted correctly, this is one of the easiest and most gentle extension methods available.
